Andrew and Tina – St. Paul Wedding Photography

Yesterday, on a perfect Saturday in October, Andrew and Tina said “I do” in front of many friends and family at The St. Paul Hotel in downtown St. Paul. I was honored to second shoot with Lauren of The LC Photography, she was so much fun to spend the day with, as well as Andrew, Tina and their entire bridal party! We could not have asked for more perfect weather, 60′s and sunny and so many amazing locations to photography near Rice Park and the water. Thank you Lauren for asking me to shoot with you! Here’s just one from their special day:)

Olson-Rolek Wedding Photobooth

Aaron and Tina – Eden Prairie Wedding Photography

A friday night wedding filled with friends and family, the perfect way to celebrate the love of Aaron and Tina… I could write how much I love these two all over this blog post (I’ll try not to), but being there to photograph their day was an absolute honor. Tina… you are so freaking gorgeous, I can’t even stand it and Aaron, you and your handsome, dapper self just need to cut it out:)It was really hard to narrow down for your blog post, but I did my best so let’s get to the good stuff….

Their first look outside the Eden Prairie Garden Room…

Girl, you make a bike rack look GOOOOOOD! Tina’s beautiful flowers were from Christine’s Floral Touch and she did an incredible job!

The fabulous ladies, they rocked it out at the police station… don’t mess with these ladies!

Can’t forget the handsome groomsmen:)

Tina surprised Aaron with a Crown Royal flavored Cheesecake from Muddy Paws Cheesecake, these cheesecakes were freaking amazing… I had a bite of the Raspberry Swirl, oh melt in my mouth delish!:)

The bridal party was freaking AWESOME, even in the 90+ degree weather!!!

First kiss as husband and wife… WOOOOHOOOOO!

Thank you AJ and Tina for having me there to spend the day with you, your amazing family and friends! I love you both so very much and since I didn’t manage to get a picture with Aaron and Tina, me and my girl Tina will do just PERFECT!:)

Friday Inspiration

In one of my 5 Faves I mentioned the book “Water for Elephants” and how incredible it was, as in I lost myself in the book for a few days and completely fell in love with it. When the trailer was released for the movie, I watched it repeatedly because I was THAT excited for it to be released. Last weekend went by and I didn’t get a chance to get to the movies to see it, but Monday I met my lovely friend and bride-to-be Tina for an afternoon movie… Water for Elephants. As I watched the movie I had that feeling of complete love and admiration for the it, more than I thought I could. I honestly felt like I did when I saw Titanic 8 times (yes, 8 times in the theater) when I was 13… I could go see this movie over and over without getting sick of it. The other day Green Wedding Shoes posted an session that was inspired by the movie, oh how I swoon over this. The fashion, the style… ahh I love it. I thought it would be the perfect thing to share on this finally sunny Friday afternoon. Make sure and head over to the full post on Green Wedding Shoes to see all the photos, these are just a couple of my favorites by the talented Marilyn Nakazato Photography.

2010… What a year! :)

Oh 2010, where have you gone? I can’t believe how fast it came and went! This year was unbelievable… I can’t seem to put into words how it’s been so I’ll let some of the pictures from the past 365 days show it:)I feel like I’ve grown not only as a person but a photographer, which is an incredible feeling. The past year was filled with new babies, friends getting married, getting a year older, celebrating love with couples from Waconia MN to Wisconsin, toddlers going from crawling to walking, and so many small moments that have made it such a memorable year! Thank you to all my clients and friends for making 2010 the fantastic year it was, I can’t wait to see what 2011 brings!!!
