Miss Braelyn made a brief appearance on the blog a few months ago during Madisyn’s 1 year session, but this time it’s ALL ABOUT HER! If you have a 3 year old, or even been around one, you’ll notice they are full of energy and silly faces. B was nothing short of that and I loved every second of it! You know it’s going to be a great session when you get a running hug at the start! B’s mama and I have known each other since I think 3rd grade, back when Beauty and the Beast on ice was cool.. yes we definitely went to it together:)They have finally made the move back to MN from Montana and it has been so wonderful to see them again!

Thank you Megan for letting me capture your beautiful daughter, hope to see you both again soon!!!:)

Every time I photograph this family I truly think about how lucky I am because they are not only the NICEST people, they have two of the cutest kids! Finn is going to be 3 next month and Luke just turned 1 this summer… they are growing up SO fast! For those in their families, yes I’m still voting for one more.. just to see what a girl would be like:)Don’t you agree Holly and Sarah?! I can’t say it enough, but thank you S family for letting me capture you family over the last almost 3 years, it’s been incredible getting to know you and watching the boys grow up. I really look forward to seeing you guys, from the bottom of my heart… thank you. I wouldn’t be where I am today without you! Okay, I’ll stop being a cheese ball and show off their handsome guys….

Reuter Family – Family Photography

When I heard about the horrible experience Bre and her family had last fall with their family photos, it took all my will power not to jump in my car and drive 3 hours to Ames just to do a session with them right then! I told her next time I made my way to Ames we would have to do a photo session just to make up for her experience and what do you know, we made it work!!!:)This weekend I was in Ames for the wedding of two of the most amazing people and remembered about my conversation with Bre, so on Friday evening we squeezed in a quick mini session before dinner/bedtime and it turned out GREAT! Thank you guys for coming out and sharing a bit of your night with me, it was so much fun and always great to see your beautiful family!

Say hello to Cade, he just turned 5 and is full of smiles and silly faces:)

Miss Brynlee just turned 1 and is absolutely precious, those blue eyes and blonde curls.. SO cute!

Every girl should have a picture this like with their dad… priceless.

Bre had a great idea of ending the session at a local cupcake shop and do a mini birthday cake smash to celebrate Brynlee turning 1, it was the PERFECT way to end our session, frosting and all!
